Tandoori Chicken

 

Serves 4-6

 

Ingredients

 

 

1k chicken legs and breast

1 tablespoon sunflower oil

3 tablespoons yoghurt

A handfull of tandoori masala

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 tablespoon crushed garlic

A tiny bit of grated ginger

1 tablespoon kashmiri masala

A little bit of green chilli, finely chopped (optional)

sugar and salt to taste

 

Method

 

 

Mix all the ingredients together. Leave in the fridge overnight to marinade. Cook on a barbeque, or in the oven.
